Delivery is paid in cash on receipt. Pickup can be paid in cash or by card at the restaurant. Online payment in the app is not yet available.
Card details
The app does not request or store card numbers, expiry dates or CVV/CVC codes. Never send these through the bot, comments or email. Once online payment is connected, card details will be entered only on ALTA PAY’s secure payment page, with bank authentication when required.
Currency and refunds
Order amounts are in RSD. For cards with accounts in another currency, conversion and any fees are determined by the issuing bank. Cancellation and refund rules are on their separate page. Successful order submission does not mean a successful online payment.
Online payment is not yet available. ALTA is the partner for the planned integration. Supported cards will be shown when online payment becomes available.
